Ordinary customers without the UMT Card

In the UMTExpress website, click on tab Global Locations on the left hand side of its home page to search the UMT sending agency locations over the world. As a result, simply go to the nearest UMT agency and complete the following steps:

Step 2 Step 1:

Submit all required transaction details such as Sender Name, Address, State, Postcode, Phone, ID Number, Date of Birth, Occupation, Beneficiary Name, Address, Phone, Sending Amount, Services Type, etc.

Our UMT staff will help you to register a UMT Card. You will never have to resubmit your ID again at your next money transfer request.

Step 2 Step 2:

Confirm transaction details, and the principal to be sent, plus the transfer fee.

Step 3 Step 3:

Get your receipt.

Step 4 Step 4:

Leave the confidential sending information to your beneficia

Online Money Transfer on the UMTExpress website

In the UMTExpress website, click on tab Online Transfer on the left hand side of its home page to access the Online Money Transfer. Simply go through the following steps:

Step 2 Step 1: Registering UMT Card

Please click on UMT Card Application to register UMT Card. You will need a valid phone number, address, personal ID to accomplish this application.

(If you have have registered a UMT card, you can skip this step)

Step 2 Step 2: Bank transfer/ deposit to UMT Bank Account

Please make sure you have in hand all details required including: UMT Card Number, registered phone number, Receiver’s details, Sending Amount.

You will have to decide whether the fee is included or excluded from your sending amount.

The fee included means that we will charge a fee directly from your sending amount.

The fee excluded means you want to pay fee separately, so that beneficiary will receive some exact amount at your wish.

Check online for the fee applied to your transaction and available promotion campaign (if any). Please Fee Calculation to caculate how much is the fee of your transaction.

Step 3 Step 3: Deposit money to UMT Bank Account

Transfer money to our UMT bank account. The total amount includes Sending Amount, Fee and local bank charge (if any) (see step 2 for more details of Fee Included or Fee Excluded). You can utilize the online banking services at the bank you open about or get to the nearest bank branch in your area.

Get the Bank Reference Number to submit to UMT.

Step 4 Step 4: Notice UMT about your money transfer request

Visit our website at: www.umtexpress.com

Click on the Online Transfer tab located on the left panel.

Key in your registered phone number or UMT card type, card number

Then click Next

Step 4 Step 5: Complete the Online Transfer Request Form

(red-star symbol stands for a mandatory field that must be provided)

Fully fill in all mandatory fields of the Beneficiary Information, the Receiver ID, Receiver Contact Number, Receiver Account Information (optional), Amount Information, and Sender Account Information.

Click Finish

Step 4 Step 6: Confirmation

Congratulations! Your money transfer request has been successfully submitted to UMT. Please write down the code of your request. We will contact you shortly about your request as long as the fund being available at our bank accoun
