AUD/JPY tests resistance around 75.00

FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The Aussie started the week a little lower against its major counterparts amid risk aversion sentiment. AUD/JPY opened the week quoting at 74.94, 40 pips below its Friday's closing price and bottomed at 74.67 at the beginning of the Asian session, setting a fresh 8-day low.

The Australian currency found support at that level and managed to recover some ground. Currently the pair trades around 74.95, right where it started the day.

On the upside, if AUD/JPY overcomes the 75.00 level, next resistances might be faced around 75.20, 75.70 and 75.90. On the downside, next supports could be found around 74.70/65, 74.30 and 73.90.
