The pair ended the last week at the 1.7190 area, although it finished 140 pips higher from the mentioned low, it was 2.48% below its Monday's opening price.

During the present Asian session, GBP/AUD has climbed over 80 pips and is currently around 1.7285, where it is 0.47% higher since open. Next resistance levels could be found at 1.7300, 1.7335 and 1.7375, while immediate supports could be located at 1.7180, 1.7140, 1.7110 and then the 1.7050 zone.
